مؤسسة التنوير التنمية (ADF) هي منظمة غير حكومية يمنية مقرها في محافظة إب. تقوم التنوير بتنفيذ مشروع " والنقد مقابل العمل على أساس المجتمع الأفراد " في محافظة شبوة بالشراكة مع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة. مدة المشروع أربعة أشهر، ويستفيد المشروع من 4 مديريات في محافظة شبوة هي: الروضة ، عتق ، بيحان ، وميفعة.

يهدف المشروع إلى دعم سبل العيش المعطلة للسكان المتضررين من الأزمة وتحسين ظروفهم المعيشية.
يحقق المشروع هدفه من خلال:
(1) تنفيذ أنشطة النقد مقابل العمل التي تستفيد منها 350 أسرة متضررة من النزاع بما في ذلك المجتمع والنازحين بنسبة مشاركة 40 ٪ من الإناث (2) دعم صندوق النظافة واستعادة قيمته المفقودة وإرساء عادات صحية أفضل في المجتمعات المستهدفة.
يحتوي المشروع على نشاطين رئيسيين:
(1) تنفيذ حملة التوعية والنظافة ؛
(2) إجراء حملة تنظيف من خلال طريقة النقد مقابل العمل. من المتوقع أن يعمل المشروع على تحسين الأمن الغذائي لـ 350 أسرة (2100 فردًا) لمدة 4 أشهر نتيجة للعمالة المؤقتة في أنشطة النقد مقابل العمل ؛ زيادة الوعي الصحي بين أكثر المجتمعات ضعفاً ؛ زيادة الوعي بين المستفيدين من المخاطر المرتبطة بالألغام الأرضية والمواد غير المنفجرة وحماية أنفسهم وعائلاتهم ؛ تحسين النظافة البيئية في المنطقة نتيجة لحملة التنظيف؛ تعزيز دور وصورة صندوق التنظيف بين الناس وزيادة الوعي بين الناس حول المسؤولية لديهم تجاه الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وصحية.

وفي هذا السياق ، تسعى التنوير لتعيين موظفين للمشروع للوظائف التالية:
- موجه ميداني عدد 4 (1 في كل من المديريات المستهدفة للمشروع: الروضة ، عتق ، بيحان وميفعة).
- مسؤول الرصد عدد 4 (1 في كل من المديريات المستهدفة للمشروع: الروضة ، عتق ، بيحان وميفعة).
- قائد فريق ( تنظيف) عدد 16 (4 في كل مديرية مستهدفة للمشروع: الروضة ، عتق ، بيحان وميفعه).

Individuals and Community-based Cash for Work Schemes  Project  - Shabwa Governorate

Attanweer Development Foundation (ADF) is a Yemeni National NGO having headquarters in Ibb Governorate.  ADF is implementing the "Individuals & Community Based Cash for Work Scheme" in Shabwa governorate in partnership with IOM. The project duration is for four months & the project trgets 4 district in Shabwa governorate namely: Al Rawda, Ataq, Bayhan & Mafa'a.

The aim of the project is to support the disrupted livelihoods of crisis affected populations & improve their living conditions. The project achieves its aim through: (i) Implementing Cash for Work activities benefitting 350 conflict affected households including community and IDPs with 40% female participation & (ii) Supporting the Cleaning Fund, recover their lost value and establish better hygiene habits in the targeted communities.  The project has two main activities: (1) implementing an outreach & hygiene campaign; (2) Conducting a cleaning campaign through the Cash for Work Modality. It is expected that the project will improved food security of 350 HHs (2100 individuals) for 4 months as a result of temporary employment in the Cash for Work activities; Increase hygiene awareness among the most vulnerable communities; Increase awareness among the beneficiaries about the risks associated with land mines and unexploded material and about safeguarding themselves & their families; Improve environmental hygiene in the district as a result of the cleaning campaign; enhance the role & image of the Cleaning Fund amongst the people & increase awareness among the people about the responsibility they have  towards maintaining a clean & hygienic environment.     

The project is in its preparatory phase, In this context, Attanweer development foundation(  ADF) is seeking to hire staff of project for the following functions:
- Field Controller 4 (1 in each project target districts: Al Rawda, Ataq, Bayhan & Mafa'a).
